Following a major initiative to segment the entire pub estate using a wide variety of inputs we were asked to develop an approach that would ‘bring segmentation to life’ and engage the HQ and front line managers to use in practice to maximise the potential of each pub.

The current student offer (Scream brand) was seen to be underperforming as a result of low previous investment, the perceived increase in student costs / debt from fees and an over dependence on aggressive discounting which had led to low margins.
